 Alex Kwechansky, CFS is a Certified Fraud Specialist in fraud detection, operations restoration and recovery. He advises executives and investors of retail, manufacturing and development companies. Additionally, Alex handles divorce and condominium fraud situations for his clients.
Early in his career with CPA firms both in Canada and the USA, Alex performed client fraud investigations. He developed his specialty from extensive hands-on experience reorganizing companies in retailing, manufacturing and other industries. His web site, Alextalksbusiness.com, provides business fraud detection information. The web site attracts international advisory requests from business owners, investors, lenders and divorce cases. The American Institute of CPAs has recommended the web site.
Since 1981, he has created and taught business operations courses at UCLA's Extension Business School including, Detection and Prevention of Fraud in Business and Finance which he began teaching in 1991. He designs and teaches continuing professional education seminars (CPE) for CPAs, attorneys and CFOs on topics about untraceable fraud including bribery, skimming, income concealment and revenue diversion. His fraud seminars focus on how to identify, detect and protect oneself and practice from fraudulent and deceitful client activities.
